i just hope the choppy framerate in the XBL version of the trailer are
down to filesize, rather than the actual gameplay.
it does still look good though.

Tesco?! Which store is doing them? I tried Ards, Bangor, even Lurgan of all
places (no offence to any Lurgan peeps in here). Or is it just online?
Cheers, Scott

Ah! another Belfast boy!
Me too. Well....used to be, now in Donaghadee. Needed peace and quiet away
from 'The Big Smoke' Hehe. Anyways, just glad to see someone from our wee
island on here.

Hi,
I suspect that this question has been asked before, and apologies if
it has.
I need to get an Ethernet Network Expansion pack for an older chunky
PS2, but people keep telling me that I need to buy a brand-new one,
and not a used one.
This seems a bit strange to me. I want to connect the PS2 to my home
network, but am not too interested in connecting to game servers for
netplay, etc...
Is it actually the case that if someone has used the Connection Discs
for netplay that comes with the adapter pack, then these can not be
used again for creating a new account - rather than the physical
ethernet adapater, which I assume should work in any machine.
If anyone could clarify this point, I would really appreciate it.
Rgds
Neil.

Lair "Extended Battle Trailer"
HD: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/20740.html
SD: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/20741.html
even if there is some realtime footage, and I stress the word IF,
from what I can tell there's a great deal of prerendered footage in
this trailer.
that's funny. even the very first trailer from about 2 years ago, was
not prerendered even though it wasn't running on PS3. unless I am
mistaken (possible) the first trailer ran realtime on a PC with
GeForce 6800 or 7800 SLI.
first trailer (lower right, July 21, 2005)
http://media.ps3.ign.com/media/761/761161/vids_4.html
so Lair's presentations have gone from realtime on dual highend Nvidia
cards, to progressively downgraded versions on the weaker RSX, to all
or mostly prerendered CGI.
nice. real nice.
