There is no sense in which the entire planet can see a webpage. Most
people in the world don't have computers, and wtf would they when
they've go other things to worry about?

Hallo,
I'm a MSc student in Occupational Psychology. This post is a call-for
participants as the data collection phase for my dissertation project
on secondary school teachers' strengths and subjective well-being
expires on the 15th of August.
I'd really appreciate your participation or if you could forward this
information to your colleagues. It is a two-part on-line survey, that
takes approx. 35 minutes to complete.
However, you may also complete only the second part of the research (5
minutes). This part allows an estimation of the relationship between
teachers' perceptions of job characteristics and life-satisfaction
The two web-links can be found at:
http://www.onlinepsychresearch.co.uk/pos.htm
(part 1 & part 2!! )
Those interested in completing only the second part (short survey) it
can be found at:

Hi,
I have been looking through some annual accounts (on a Web page) and I have
found an error in a Grand Total.
There are seven subtotals but the Grand Total does not match the sum of the
seven subtotals.
The erroneous Grand Total is a multiple of 9.
The correct Grand Total (that I find) is also a multiple of 9.
The error (of course) is also a multiple of 9.
All the other subtotals are multiples of 3.
The erroneous Grand Total is greater than the correct Grand Total.
The erroneous Grand Total could be a simple copy-and-paste error, or a typo,
yet I find it strange that a suite of 7 figures should all be multiples of
3.
Could that be just coincidence? or is it slightly improbable, or highly
improbable...?
If it is strange, then could it be indicative of an acounting trick? If it
is, then any further info would be appreciated.
What else should I look for?

Dear Newsgroup:
You have noticed that I have created Basti Newsgroups for better
communications of public interests in specific areas.
The roots of this idea started when I had difficulties to publish my
pioneering works on NEW EXACT MATH (now over a quarter century old,
with the silence of the math community).
About 2 decades ago I imagined that I wanted to create an educational
system independently and called it Education 3000.
I am still thinking once my Basti Newsgroups become successful, I will
open up a graduate section of Education 3000 in science fields.
About the problems of current public newsgroups I can mention a few of
them:
1-A lot of foul languages (in postings of replies) is used to distract
people for concentration of specific field issues like sci.math.
2-If public starting to suspect a person or persons or ideas, many
adult type postings or political issues and other issues are injected
into the newsgroups, to distract the public imaginations about the
nature of the issues.
