Not yet, but it's something I'm trying to do at the moment. If I have
any success I'll post back.

  Aperture Projects Query

Author: Steve Hodgson
Date: Feb 29, 2008 13:32

I have my various Aperture projects organised by years with individual
projects below that level as shown below.

<http://img.skitch.com/20080229-gx762nnigjw3j8mjprbihnu7di.png>

What I have never understood is that I can click on most of these
folders and see all the photos contained below that level and yet I
have two folders that show nothing. I've regenerated previews but they
are still not displayed.

Any thoughts?

  Time Capsule

Author: Paul Russell
Date: Feb 29, 2008 13:28

Can the Time Capsule disk be used as a normal server volume or is it
only for Time Machine backups ? Can it be partitioned so that you can do
both ? What about if you hook up a second drive to the TC's USB 2.0 port
- can that be a Time Machine volume and/or normal server volume ?

More weirdness - Mail message won't delete!

Author: Ian Cargill
Date: Feb 29, 2008 10:57

Anyone come across this? A message in Mail which simply does not delete.
The message stays in the In Box and the 'Delete' button just says
'Undelete'. A corrupted Mail folder possibly?

Thanks

  Weird iTunes glitch

Author: Ian Cargill
Date: Feb 29, 2008 10:45

Occasionally, maybe once a month, I click play in iTunes and nothing
happens. The iTunes buttons *say* that the song is playing but it
doesn't. In fact, all of the iTunes buttons appear functional, I can
skip forward to another song, shuffle through the song, etc, but it
simply doesn't play. Same happens if I go to the Music Store - the
previews don't play.

It's not a sound issue. I mean it's not that the song is playing but I
can't hear it. The song just stays at the same time, as if it is on
pause.

Weird. Quitting and relaunching iTunes doesn't fix it but I think a
restart does.

Suprises me too - I did a web search and found stuff.

It is something to do with the sync of .Mac bookmarks.

Whether that helps or not I guess depends on if you have .Mac

  safaritool - what is it?

Little Snitch tells me that Safaritool wants to connect to the 'net.

I've just done a Web search and found nothing on it - which surprised
me.

Anyone got a clue?

Rowland.

What kind of a question is that for a good Hebrew-writing boy to
be asking here? Either it's a schlep for us knish-brains to get
right or you'll be troubled by kibitzing schlumps or Net-dybbuks
making wit with your nice question maybe?
