For what it's worth, the main USB problem I had was with a faulty hub,
and was solved by changing the hub.

life insurance is the best way to insure your life and your valuable
things .
life insurance provides a valuable death benefit to your
beneficiaries upon your death. Your beneficiaries can then use this
money to replace some of the income you would have earned or to help
pay off debts or other expenses.

Hmm.

Short of one hub and one keyboard/mouse combination, there was nothing
plugged in via USB (unless you want to count the scanner, but it was
very much `off' with an actual proper old-fashioned `this really is off'
type switch).

Still, something to considered.

I've previously suspected Firewire.

Rowland.

Hello. I am new to Google Groups. I would just like to leave this
message to all of you interested in an Apple iPhone. This website IS
NOT a scam and will not send you junk mail or ask for your credit card
number. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to http://www.YourFreeiPhone.com/index.php?ref=4525914 and
create an account. While entering your information, be sure to use
your shipping address, this is where your iPhone will be shipped,].

2. When it asks you what type of account you want, choose "Referral"

3. Complete only just one (1) offer. I would completing an offer
that credits your account instantly. If the offer you chose requires
a address, you do not have to enter in your real address, endless you
are really interested in that offer.

4. Now that you have completed your offer, send your referral address
(which can be found once you sign in to yourfreeiphone.com under the
referral address like) through email, message boards, or even do a
YouTube Video on it. Once 8-12 (number of referrals depending on your
gift) people have signed up and completed one offer using your
referral address, your iPhone or other gift will be sent to your house
within a few weeks.

  Extern iSight camera switches off

Author: René van den Abeelen
Date: Feb 10, 2008 12:02

For some time now I'm unable to use my extern iSight camera.
It's plugged in to my intel iMac with 10.5.1, not to a hub.
The moment I plug it in to my intel iMac with 10.5.1 the green light
goes on. After two seconds you hear the cam switch off and that's it.
No images at all.
I've tried it with Evo cam running, with Photo booth running and without
a specific cam-programm, and the result is the same everytime.

Is this a hardware or a software problem?
Thanks!

Well, there is the problem right there. If you just use the one mouse, you
would find things a lot easier!

Having said that, I don't remember a time on the mac where you could do
everything without a mouse.
