How come this American outfit (Merial) is permitted to run a plant
brewing up 10,000 litre batches of FMD virus in leafy Surrey? They
don't do that anywhere on the American mainland. Lets crate up the
whole bag o' mashings and ship it back to the Good Ole USA.
