TB panic leads to new ban on export of British cattle

Author: Pat Gardiner
Date: Jul 15, 2008 14:31

Pat's note: All fits the fundermentals of the "Gardiner Hypothosis"
that most recent animal and human epidemics in Britain and sometimes
abroad are the direct result of corruption within Britain's State
Veterinary Service.

The details going back to very early 2001 may be found on the
newsgroup uk.business.agriculture searchable through Google Groups.

TB panic leads to new ban on export of British cattle

Dutch and Belgian farmers impose restrictionsV
alerie Elliott, Countryside Editor

Farmers are braced for a new ban on live cattle exports to the
Continent after British-reared calves sent to the Netherlands were
found to have bovine TB.

Furious Dutch farmers have imposed their own commercial ban after 12
calves imported to veal production farms in March tested positive for
the disease. The country has been free of the disease since 1999 and
the Dutch Agriculture Ministry is said to be appalled at the breach of
biosecurity.

I am about to engage in a tussle with persistent, off footpath, off
lead, riverbank dog walkers.

I have invoked the Water Vole protected mammal 1981 act and fenced off
access to the bank from the existing footpath. However, it is likely
that enough people will get together and fudge up some user evidence
with a view to obtaining a definitive map modification order.

From your boundless wisdom:-) can you inform me if landowner *deemed
dedication* can operate if the land is tenanted?

I don't know the wording of the 1986 act but I believe my Father's
tenancy included a clause requiring him to prevent the establishment of
new public access rights.

I can cover issues like notices and people being turned out over the
last 25 years as I was responsible but the 21 years unopposed use does
not have to date back from the application date.

regards

Beef - Export ban on Britain - Bovine TB

Author: Pat Gardiner
Date: Jul 15, 2008 10:25

Pat's Note: The Scottish SVS was advising Scots not to exercise
extreme caution in bringing cattle north from England, this morning.
They must have known something.

Anyway, you can't stop the Dutch from doing the same.

"Although this took place two months ago, it took the Dutch department
of agriculture until 11 July to make an official announcement. "

Yes, yes it is all the fault of the Dutch. They should never have
trusted Britain's bent vets and fancy delaying shopping them.
Disgusting!

Britain's bent vets have run out of Albanians and illegal imported
infected meat to blame and ex-shipbrokers to try to intimidate.

Tthe Dutch fir the bill nicely to be the next fall guys, except that I
have the idea they will put the boot right in with OLAF.

I have the idea that my eight year campaign to get the Special Branch
into Britain's corrupt State Veterinary Service is about to be won in
the Polders of Holland.

OLAF have all the dirt already, names, dates everything.

Britain deserves an honest State Veterinary Service.

Britain calf exports TB to Holland.

Author: Pat Gardiner
Date: Jul 15, 2008 05:27

Pat's Note: They will have been waiting for this. The Dutch know
Britain's government vets are crooks.

Britain's government vets are an international menace of the first
order.

OLAF, the serious fraud squad of the EU, have piles of evidence
implicating British governent vets in criminal activities covering up
animal disease with human health risks going back years and recklessly
exporting sick animals with false certification.

If the EU has any useful purpose, here is an oportunity to prove it.

This has all been carefully documented on the newsgroup
uk.business.agriculture since early 2001 and is fully searchable
though Google Groups.

British pigs - "no MRSA found yet"

Author: Pat Gardiner
Date: Jul 15, 2008 02:47

Pat's Note: The National Pig Association's associated publication Pig
World have republished the claim that no MRSA has been found in
British Pigs.

As you can see, no substantiation is given and we are presumably
supposed to deduce that it is a leak from Defra contradicting their
official statements.

It probably is.

However, it is clearly price sensitive information and will have the
effect of influencing the market price for pigs and pork and the
shares of companies involved in the pork industry

Obviously this is likely to form the basis of an investigation by one
or other of the financial regulators.

The information about the status of United States pigs is accurate.

They will be very alert to the fact that Britain now seems to be the
only pig producing country making a claim that its pork is MRSA Free.
as will be Britain's European Competitors and anyone buying pork or
pig industry influenced shares on the basis of this claim.

The State Veterinary Service is back

Author: Pat Gardiner
Date: Jul 15, 2008 01:50

I canÂ’t help noticing that The Scotsman are now again ignoring the
re-badging of the SVS. OK, lower case but stillÂ…

Is this some devious nationalist attempt to differentiate ScotlandÂ’s
current rogues from exactly the same people, younger then, that
rampaged though East Anglia culling pigs in 2000, intimitating
smallholders and farmers and faking up blood tests as they went?

Having run out of illegal imported infected meat, and homeless
Albanians, are they about the blame Devonshire?

http://business.scotsman.com/fooddrinkagriculture/NBA39s-Burrell-quits-over-badgers...

...Â…Bovine TB is not yet an issue in Scotland, but the state
veterinary service is carefully monitoring the situation in England
and advising extreme caution on the sourcing of cattle south of the
Border.
