As a buyer (mainly) I don't agree.
The sellers just about always held buyers hostage for decent feedback.
That does nothing to tell a true story
There were a few sellers that left buyer feedback straight away upon
payment and still managed to sustain a 98+ feedback score.
If these sellers can do it then why can't they all do it now?
The sellers are all singing off the same scorecard so what's the problem?
There will always be some total dick-heads out there - so hurry up and
leave them suitable feedback!
