Hi,
Needed to provide IT classes to special needs and/or visually
handicapped students.
"Brick-outhouse" keyboards that you could drive over, backlit or
illuminated keyboards, large button keyboards, trackballs, bigger the
better, waterproof keyboards and mice, anti-bacterial keyboards and
mice. WHY? Suggestions welcome. If it is big and ugly, I'll probably
love it...(Nothing new there, then ;)
Payment by Paypal, cheque, postal order, interbank transfer, swaps for
first born.....your choice..

I'm big and ugly :-)
From my short experience of teaching people with learning difficulties
snot proof keyboards are important.

I've had mine about a year now and it's still going strong. I don't see
how the letters can wear off, either - they're actually etched into the
surface to allow the light to shine through. There's no transfer to rub
off.

Saitek Eclipse II is excellent, I use one here. Backlighting selectable
between cool blue, angry red and homosexual pink. Very well made,
heavy, with a lovely key action. 28 of your earth pounds from ebuyer.

There's two models, the Eclipse I (the one being discussed), and the
Eclipse II, which is the one I (and I think you) have.

One of the revues of Ebuyer happened to mention that it didn't work with a
KMV switch (which seems strange to me, maybe they meant the illumination
:-)) also I'd be interested to know whether it will work with a usb/ps2
adapter (I really think at that price it ought to (and I often use one))
That is one hell of a price for a membrane type!
