This is all IMO but:
I found less problems with the AGP support of the Via chipset.
Also, it works better with high amounts of RAM (256MB or above).

Out of interest, I there any reason it has to be an AT board?
I say this because ATX cases can be had for very little and you a slightly
better choice of ATX motherboards including mATX.

I rate the AOpen AX59 Pro as the best Socket 7 motherboard with the FIC
PA2013 close behind (bearing in mind its AGP power supply problems with
power hungry AGP cards).
