Since you're very quick to reply to e-mails, you presumably didn't
receive the one I sent you last night.
I have a Compaq Evo n410c: a 1.20GHz Pentium III-M sub-notebook
with all the usual ports (including legacy ones that tend to be
absent from more modern machines), plus the mobile expansion
unit that clips on and holds the optical drives.
I've upgraded it as far as is possible, with a 120GB hard disk,
1GB of SDRAM, a Compaq WiFi card, and a dual-layer DVD writer.
The MEU contains two hot-swappable drive bays, for which I have
the DVD writer, and the original FDD and CDRW/DVDROM drives.
The Cardbus slot is still unoccupied.
I've bought two brand new batteries to replace the original ones
that are on the point of failure. They're unused, and need to be
conditioned for use (fully charged and discharged five times.)
It has a built-in Mobility Radeon chip with 16MB of dedicated
video RAM; the screen is 12 inches at 1024x768: no stuck pixels.
