Some advice please ...
Can I sell a Windows License, I have a variety
some which say for distribution with a new PC with COA
some which say for distribution with X brand PC with COA

Yes you are free to dispose of them as you wish, however, MS have big
pockets, and if you pop up on their radar, and they decide to take action,
you are, unless you also have deep pockets, will be unable to defend
yourself in civil court.

I thought you were supposed to sell a piece of PC hardware and give the
COA's away FOC in the sale. Thats certainly how they sell on ebay.

That's a feeble attempt to get around the terms of the license - it
doesn't satisfy the terms and it's not legally necessary anyway (but try
telling eBay that).
