I presume by this that you mean a printer that is also a scanner/copier etc?
I believe that such devices are made and are probably quite cheap to
purchase, but I would strongly advise against it.
For a start the running costs are in my estimation very high. A set of
toner cartridges is likely to cost you

Depending on your expectations, those could be very good prices.

There are small all-in-one devices but there are also high-end devices
supplied by many office-equipment suppliers. For most mid- large-size
companies they have replaced photocopiers and personal printers.

So what seems a
