I gave up on Dabs several years ago, because I found their customer
service to be non-existent. Almost anyone else is probably better

problem now resolved they are going to replace it but i won't get it before
xmas and i don't know if they will use a courier or rm i have stated that i
will pay extra if they can send it today.this is the first problem i have
had with them in nearly ten years so i suppose that is not bad going
compared to ebuyer/novatech and multivision (remember them?)

Have you tried the live messenger service thing? I didn't get the
answer I wanted, but at least I got an answer there and then.
