Nothing like results to prove your point!

"Arizona kids worse than most in poverty, health, foreclosure
by Mary K. Reinhart - Aug. 17, 2011 12:00 AM
The Arizona Republic
http://tinyurl.com/3j38s9n

It isn't like we don't learn form our mistakes. Arizona has been among
the bottom performers for over 20 years. This year our legislature took
the bull by the horns:

"In particular, 14 percent of Arizona children were uninsured in 2009,
ranking the state 46th. But that was before state lawmakers froze the
KidsCare health-insurance program, which now has more than 100,000
children on a waiting list."

With this kind of dedication to our citizens, we might even manage to
kick every needy kid off government supplemented health insurance some
day. Bankrupting their parents is what we live for. After all, what's
government good for anyway?

He only wants the tax breaks and money to go to foreign companies.

  'Backyard redneck' seeks reinstatement

Author: J
Date: Aug 10, 2011 03:57

The man should be able to display his 'Southern pride' if he so wishes.
Being a redneck might not be anyone else's top lifestyle choice, but as
long as he isn't hurting anyone, he should be free to live as he chooses
and display it proudly. If a bumper-sticker as offensive as 'NARAL' is
permitted, then there are no 'sacred cows'.

http://onenewsnow.com/Legal/Default.aspx?id=1408122

It appears to be a case of free speech colliding head-on with political
correctness. The Rutherford Institute has come to the defense of a
school bus driver in Oregon who was fired for displaying -- on his
personal vehicle -- a Confederate flag with the word "redneck" printed
across it

Twenty-eight-year-old Kenneth Webber was fired in March after he refused
to remove the Confederate flag from his truck, which was parked on
school property. The school superintendent cited a policy "about
displaying symbols on school property that were racist, or had a
potential to be seen as racist."

Poll: Democrats helped by debt debate, GOP hurt
http://tinyurl.com/3tpwpj8

It certainly didn't take long for America to see their true colors. I
feel real bad for those folks who were panicked into selling off their
stocks last Monday and blame the GOP/TEA Party. Such vandals!

The proof of the fall will come tonight from Wisconsin. Keep in mind
that if the Dems win just 5 of the 8 GOP Senate seats at stake (6
tonight and 2 more next Tuesday) the Wisconsin Senate will change hands
and the Dems will have a platform from which to restrain the damage.
Next year, it will be Gov. Walker's turn. Walker's recent polls show him
with just 37%% favorable rating last July.

If they don't raise the debt ceiling, then even republicans would have a
hard time funding their pet projects, wouldn't they?

Poor Obama is forced to raise the debt ceiling because of the rightard
spending sprees. . .

“Frankly, I believe our aid should continue to Pakistan,” Boehner told
reporters on Capitol Hill.

John Hofmeister agrees saying “with high oil prices, such subsidies
are not necessary.”

Republicans voted unanimously against the motion, defeating it by a
vote of 176-249.
