Must be affordable, as I am on a fixed income 350-400
-minor physical disability means I prefer ground floor or at
least relatively easy access
-prefer a small amount of storage space, non street parking,
and laundry facility close by.

i am in the market to buy/rent a GogoKidz Travelmate. it is a device
that you hook onto a childs carseat that allows you to roll it like
luggage. i need it for a vacation in december. i really only need to
use this item for one or two trips, so it doesn't make since to buy a
new one for $80-$90. if you of anyone who has one and doesn't need it

I'm looking for a sheet fed / automatic double sided scanner ... size of input tray should be 40 or more sheets but smaller
would work, just slower ... would prefer automatic conversion to PDF but scan producing 1 JPG / BMP per side is also ok.
