See the barrel guy on US 401 north of Perry Creek Rd and south of the
Neuse River. He's on the west side of 401, can't remember if it's
north or south of the church.

Sometimes he also has a "pallet of water" for sale.
(Water tank with cage that's about the size of a full pallet with
"tub" cardboard box).
He also has metal barrels if you're feeling like violating the
various laws on burning trash...
