Noticed that construction has finally begun on a parcel next to
Chili's and a parcel next to Target at the White Oak Plaza in Garner.

I'm hoping for a book store like Borders or Barnes and Noble, but the
structure next to Target looks tiny. My guess is that another
restaurant will be put next to Chili's. I could go for an Olive Garden
or a Panera Bread and / or a Brueggers Bagels.

I wonder how many more years will pass before the huge amount of
acreage across the street will get developer. Wonder if it will be a
Brier Creek style shopping area.

Anyone have any info on that? Or how I could learn what's actually
being built now? Think I saw a Choate Construction sign, but you'd
think they'd be building a business-specific thing; unless it'll just
be a bunch of store fronts for lease with no one signed-up yet.
