Two weeks in a row, I have purchased Food Lion (Raleigh - LeadMine Road
store)1%% milk - well within the sell - by dates(sell by 4th, bad by the
31st + sell by the 8th(A 07:33 37-102) - but BAD by the 4th!) - only to
have them SOUR 4 days BEFORE the sell-by date.THEN I shop tonight
because I need MILK again - because it was sour before the sell by date
- only to see a sign posted on the EMPTY MILK CASE saying that there
had been a RECALL on the milk! I don't recall( no pun intended) hearing
anything on the news in regards to a recall on the milk- and this recall
is not posted on Food Lion's webpage either( they do have a RECALL
link)! Besides the possibilities of people getting sick and not knowing
of the recall, in today's economy every time we have to toss food out
because it...

I'm just wondering. Not necessarily freelance work, but people who
are looking for a job at a company in Web Design. Are you applying?
If so, are you getting rejected a lot? I'm a hiring manager for a big
company around here for the Web Design team and I get a lot of resumes
from people who probably have the potential to be great Web Designers
but who aren't quite representing themselves well enough. But the
flow of resumes through my HR department has been slower lately, which
makes me wonder how many people out there are seeking corporate jobs
in Web Design as opposed to freelance jobs? Seems to me people are
more interested in freelance jobs than getting a corporate job (that
has benefits). Just trying to guage this out of curiosity.

If you are one of these people, or you know of someone who's in this
boat, what do you think?
