By posting this I hope it will help me make better choices and show
where I can cut back.
breakfast--1 slice bacon,1 egg, 1 piece of diet toast and coffee
snack--broccoli and califlower with low fat dip and 1/2 pack of 90
calorie Pringle stix and 1 glass of water
lunch--1 slice of lean deli ham on a mini bun with lettuce.tomato and
mustard,brocoli and califlower,a few grapes and an apple and 2 glasses
of water
snac
--other 1/2 on pringle stix and glass of water
supper---2 small pieces of pizza. a handful of lettuce,2 chicken nuggets
baked with bbq sauce,and for dessert 1 cookie and coffee
