I don't know, really. Haven't sat down to figure it out for a long
time, but with only one meal a day, and an occasional snack, it's pretty
darn low. I just don't have the appetite I used to and don't get
hungry very often.
I drink a cup of coffee with a little creamer in the morning, then maybe
a kiwi or mango or string cheese in the afternoon if I've been working
hard or get hungry. Sometimes have a Coke during the day, but not too
often. Dinner usually includes two different kinds of vegetables to go
with whatever else we're having, and I load up on those because I know I
need to get some nutrionally decent foods in, but my portions are
nowhere near what I used to eat. If I get hungry later in the evening,
I'll have a cup of yogurt or more fruit.
Maybe I'll take a look at a week's worth of meals and figure out how
many calories I eat. It's frustrating that just a few pieces of
chocolate would make such a difference in my weight!
Yesterday I was back down to 189 again, though, so tossing the candy was
the right thing to do. : )
