The numbers on the scale were up to 193 yesterday morning. Haven't
weighed today, but am upset with myself that I'm creeping back up this
way.

It's the Easter candy that's doing it. Plain and simple. But I haven't
yet thrown it out?? Am trying to steel myself to do that right this
very minute!!

Ugh. It's not even like I've been totally pigging out on it, either.
I'm only talking about a few small pieces a day, but when my usual
calorie intake is so low, any additional calories show up on the scale
immediately. Hate that.

It was ladies once a month card game.

Breakfast--slice deli ham,egg,mini bun and coffee

lunc
--2 slices pizza,broccoli salad,and iced tea

snack---several chocolate covered cashews

supper---baked chicken nuggets,5 baked fries,broccoli salad and coffee
and a pear

At work for our psp they are going to do biggest loser. Winner will get
a laptop computer.I don't know the details yet.

By posting this I hope it will help me make better choices and show
where I can cut back.
breakfast--1 slice bacon,1 egg, 1 piece of diet toast and coffee

snack--broccoli and califlower with low fat dip and 1/2 pack of 90
calorie Pringle stix and 1 glass of water

lunch--1 slice of lean deli ham on a mini bun with lettuce.tomato and
mustard,brocoli and califlower,a few grapes and an apple and 2 glasses
of water

snac
--other 1/2 on pringle stix and glass of water

supper---2 small pieces of pizza. a handful of lettuce,2 chicken nuggets
baked with bbq sauce,and for dessert 1 cookie and coffee

I've been eating cereal for breakfast for about 10 weeks now and have
been suffering from horrible, painful "gas" about 1 hr after breakfast
& it lasts for hours...
As a kid, I hated milk & my mom just gave up trying to get me to drink
it...
So after 10 weeks a lightbulb went off...Maybe I'm lactose
intolerant...
So today I had my cereal with lactaid milk & guess what??? No gas, no
pain... Now I need to figure out if I can tolerate yogurt, cheeses
etc...

You'd think it wouldn't have taken me 10 weeks to figure this out...
but better late than never...
