Inspite of eating like a pig last week I managed to lose 3.2 lbs...
Woo-Woo...
All the eating I did was stress eating... I have GOT to find a better
way to deal with stressful situations...

my SIL was arrested last week & thrown in jail for getting his 3rd
DUI... The same SIL who tried suicide a couple of weeks ago... His
wife bailed him out & he has a court date this coming Tuesday... But
he thinks it will be continued until after May 5th when he has a psych
evaluation to see if he will go inpatient or outpatient for his psych
problems...

When it rains, it pours...

They want me 3 times a week for PT, & as of tomorrow I can start putting
weight on my left knee, talk about aggressive procedure.

PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All they found was scar tissue they clean it up and all is good.

I have to be at the hospital at 7:30 AM.

I am so discussed with be laid up. I weighed myself this morning, I have
put 34 lbs. on since being out of work and laid up it is so
discouraging. I fought so hard to loss the weight and now I have gain it
all back.
