But still going to my meetings... I start out each week really great
then get detoured & really fall off the wagon... I have to get it
through my thick head that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet...
I am starting to get the exercise down pat, but the food plan still
lacks...
Where are my pals who are also fighting this battle??? I could use
some support... : (
