My BIL will be laying wod laminate floors for us on the entire upstairs
and on the stairs, too. I didn't reaize how much work this entails. It's
almost as bad as moving.
Gonna be great when it's done, though. I'll be back.

I'm home. Surgery went well, nurse's were all wonderful. I have never
been called sweetie, sweetheart, honey, baby doll, baby so much in my
life. I haven't been in the hospital much, I think they may be starting
to teach them to be more compassionate to the patients. They kept
telling me you're not sick, get out of here, you don't complain enough,
you're moving too good. They'd come looking for me and I'd be walking
around the halls. Been through physical therapy at the hospital and I'm
not confined to staying upstairs. Just take it slow and easy. My left
leg is getting stronger and the pain that I had in my leg is maybe a 1
on the scale of 1 - 10. I'm glad things are easing up believe me. But
maybe having the nerve deadened ahead of time has helped with the pain
in advance also.

I figured out how to load pics from my camera to my computer... And I
finally figured out how to download music into the ipod I got for
Christmas!!! I'm just sitting here feeling so smug!!!

Just got home late this afternoon. Man, oh,man. Thank heaven Someone up
there is looking after him. The man doesn't want to admit when he isn't
feeling well. We went to dr on Thurs. and he said he thought if he had
some antibiotics he wouldn't have to be admitted to the hospital. The
dr. said he'd agree if Jim had bloodwork and a CT scan. Friday we got a
call saying "pack your bags".
It was some kind of funky pneumonia, but hey couldn't pinpoint it. By
the time the Pulmonary Lab came in on Monday and they did a bronchoscopy
the antibiotics had started kicking in.
I'm tired. I'll be back.

It was so much easier to connect with everybody there... I'm feeling
lonely here in google...
