If your're old then I sure am ancient. At 55 you get Sr. discounts and
believe me Jess asks for them. As I said before I have never been called
Hon, Sweetie, Babe, Baby, Dear, etc. So there's a plus to turning older.

like they never have enough time for themselves??? I've been feeling
overwhelmed lately because of all the obligations, real or imagined,
placed on me & my time... I am feeling kind of lost because I haven't
been doing anything for me... I was the youngest child of three
growing up & I always had to do things for everybody else being the
baby of the family & that trait followed me into adult hood... And
that is a very hard trait to break... I feel guilty when I try to say
no to someone when they request I help them out with something...
Ughhh!!! This is something I've really got to work on...

and has been for the last few days... Tomorrow's high is supposed to
be 8 degrees & very windy... I think I'll just stay in all day & have
about 5 layers of clothing on to keep warm... This cold spell is
supposed to last at least through mid week... BRRR!!! Hurry summer!!!

tomorrow??? We are just gonna stay home & watch it by ourselves...
It stays on too late for me to want to party anywhere... I'm having
my sis over tomorrow afternoon for home made pizza & we can celebrate
the super bowl early... LOL...

Hubby & I joined our local senior center Friday... If you live in our
tri-city area & are 50 or older you can join to use the exercise
facilities at the center... We toured the center before we joined &
were very pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the place was... There
is a walking track that has glass inner walls that look down on the
pool area... It has an exercise area that is very similar to the
Curves circuit equipment... There is a weight room & a room with
treadmills, recumbant bikes, schwinn airdynes & stepper machines...
There is also a billiards room which really excited hubby... Not so
much for me... They offer aerobics classes, yoga classes, pilates
classes... All for the extremely low cost of $5 for our picture ID's
& $1.00 each time we use the facility... $2 if we use...
