Anybody notice, the entire disinformation industry has gone dead on
these newsgroups/forums since I stopped posting these past couple of
weeks after my announcement that I would be leaving Usenet on March
1, 2007. .

Where are they? What do they have to say? They seem to be bereft
of any original thought sans a target they can react against. What do
they have to contribute without me or another like me as their
target. Pretty much makes the point I have been saying for a decade,
doesn't it?

March 1, 2007, Forgetaboutit!! I shall continue to post my
copyrighted comments on my site, where they cannot twist and turn my
comments without running into the copyright buzzsaw.

I shall however, continue to post from time to time on these groups
and forums to expose the forgeries in my name, just to remove the brag
they ran me off the net.

I am writing to bring the case of Bahaa el-Din Ahmed Hussein el-Akkad to
your attention and ask that you investigate it. According to our
information, his human rights have been seriously violated.

Sheikh El-Akkad converted from Islam to Christianity in 2005 and was
arrested by the State Security Investigation (SSI) in Cairo on April 6,
2005. Formal charges have never been filed.

Following an appeal before the El-Glaa court in Cairo, El-Akkad was released
on August 25, 2005. He was re-arrested immediately after his release.

Under criminal law provisions, El-Akkad's detention was renewed every 45
days for the past year. Following law nr. 145/2006, the North Cairo Criminal
Court ruled on July 30 that El-Akkad should be released. Immediately after
being released, El-Akkad was arrested again by the SSI and transferred to
the Wadi el-Natroun Prison. This is a violation of Article 280 of the
Egyptian penalty laws. To date, no charges have been filed against him.
