"It's the liberal media." "It's the atheist media." "It's the corporatist
media." "It's the media."

You're referring to all forms of child abuse, not child sexual abuse
specifically. There is a vast difference.

The overwhelming majority of sexual offenses against children are
perpetrated by family acquaintances. To a lesser extent extended family
members, such as uncles, cousins, and so forth, have been found to be
perpetrators. It's fairly uncommon for sexual abuse to happen within the
nuclear family unit.

Bullshit.

Well, the religious environment, I imagine, would be attractive to a
pedophile. You've got authority, closed door sessions, trust. If you
are threatened by secondary sexual attributes and want to spend your
entire life putting your self in a position to boink kids, there are
not many gigs that'll do better. I imagine scout masters are another
field.
