Do you believe evolution is true? 2
If so, then provide an answer to the following questions. "Evolution"
in this context is the idea that natural, undirected processes are
sufficient to account for the existence of all natural things:
Information from Randomness?
Information theory states that "information" never arises out of
randomness or chance events. Our human experience verifies this every
day. How can the origin of the tremendous increase in information...

Do you believe evolution is true? 1
If so, then provide an answer to the following questions. "Evolution"
in this context is the idea that natural, undirected processes are
sufficient to account for the existence of all natural things:
Something from nothing?
The "Big Bang", the most widely accepted theory of the beginning of
the universe, states that everything developed from a small dense
cloud of subatomic particles and radiation which exploded, forming
hydrogen (and some helium) gas. Where did this energy/matter come
from? How reasonable is it to assume it came into being from nothing?
And even if it did come into being, what would cause it to explode?
We know from common experience that explosions are destructive and
lead to disorder. How reasonable is it to assume that a "big bang"
explosion produced the opposite effect - increasing "information",
order and the formation of useful structures, such as stars and
planets, and eventually people?
Physical laws an accident?

There has been a rampant
Protestant Rebellion against
the gospel of the Protestant Reformation.
Salvation by grace alone thru faith alone
in Christ alone is often professed
but then denied by teaching the opposite.
The notable exceptions are
some Lutherans and Presbyterians
who actually teach what they profess,
faith alone in Christ alone,
but do not explicitly tell people
that they must not divide
their trust between Christ
and anything else for salvation;
so even there people suppose
that they are "playing it safe"
by trusting in their efforts to repent,
submit, obey, be baptized, etc.,
not realizing that no one is saved
unless they place ALL their trust ...

Peace be on you!...
=(1)= Critics of Islam say that the Holy Qur'an presents a concept of
God Who is cruel and only chastises and commands its followers to
violence, that there is no wisdom in the Islamic commandments. [- God
forbid -]
*********************************************************
=(2)= Many people in the public eye, including the Pope, have made
such assertions about Islam. They conclude that due to its teaching
Islam is a religion of force and that is the reason Muslims are
inclined to aggression.
********************************************************
=(3)= It is clear that these people have either not read the Qur'an or
not tried to understand it, such is their prejudice. Fact is that
Islam presents a most beautiful and matchless concept of God through
examples. The very first Chapter/Surah of the Qur'an elucidates this,
as the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) explains that the Qur'an
accredits only the name of Allah qualified for all perfect qualities.
His attribute of Al Nur (The Light) as described in 24:36 "Allah is
the light of the heavens and the earth..." all other known light is a
reflection of Allah's light. ...

Inerrancy of the Bible?
About the Bible
1. The books of the Bible were written by men inspired by God.
However, men are subject to errors and flawed in their understanding
of the divine principles and these defects are carried over in their
writings. Moreover, the individual writers are themselves situated at
different levels in the order of evolution. Their understanding and
authority is limited only to such extent.
2. The selection of the books for inclusion in the authorized Bible
and the formulation and adoption of the Nicene Creed were conducted
under inauspicious circumstances and coercion by Rome. The end result
does not exactly conform to the true teachings of Jesus.
3. Further, in the ensuing periods coming into our modern age, there
have been massive mistranslations, misrepresentations, corruptions and
outright deliberate editing and substitution of the Biblical texts
such that the surviving manuscripts may no longer be accurate and true
to the spirit of the original writings.

I am no fan of Bush, but at least he keeps the crude flowing, so leave
him alone. He has a thankless and impossible job.
We will be at war over crude until the last buckets have been sucked

You like typing on the 'puter don't you?
Well, without the crude to make the diesel to power the train that
brings the coal to the power plant you would not be typing on the
'puter.
So kiss the asses of the politicians for 2 reasons
1) They are not atheists and they are Christian based
2 They keep the crude flowing the best way they can under somewhat
Christian principles.
You see, if they were atheists they would just try to take the crude
and not pay for it like the Chinese or Russians have done and kill
everything that got in their path.

Riverside complaint leads to flag-folding recitation ban

RIVERSIDE, Calif.-Flag-folding recitations by Memorial Honor Detail
volunteers are now banned at the nation's 125 veterans graveyards
because of a complaint about the ceremony at Riverside National
Cemetery.
During thousands of military burials, the volunteers have folded the
American flag 13 times and recited the significance of every fold to
survivors.
The first fold represents life, the second a belief in eternal life,
and so on.
The complaint revolved around the narration in the 11th fold, which
celebrates Jewish war veterans and "glorifies the God of Abraham, the
God of Isaac and the God of Jacob."
The National Cemetery Administration then decided to ban the entire
recital at all national cemeteries. Details of the complaint weren't
disclosed.

Human Artifacts
At various times and places, man-made objects have been found encased
in coal. Examples include a thimble (a), an iron pot (b), an iron
instrument (c) an 8-karat gold chain (d), three throwing-spears (e),
and a metallic vessel inlaid with silver (f). Other "out-of-place
artifacts" have been found inside deeply buried rocks: nails (g), a
screw (h), a strange coin (i) a tiny ceramic doll (j), and other
objects of obvious human manufacture (k). By evolutionary dating
techniques, these objects would be hundreds of millions of years older
than man. Again, something is wrong.
