On the contrary, a private corportation would have to make full
disclosures of its ownership to the IRS. You can always check with
them if you really want to know the truth. I lived in Florida and know
Cap Cornwell personally so I think I'm in a better position to comment
on this than someone like you off in Australia whose assessment is
based purely on rumor.

Awful customer service? When I've needed books I've called them up and
got them the next day! One time they didn't even charge me.
