I read your Petition for Review. Numerous immediate mistatements
arise.

Point #1: On Page 1, you indicate "defendant" pled not guilty. AT NO
TIME IN EITHER OF THE TWO TRIALS had I entered any plea whatsoever. A
review of the Court transcripts will show very clearly that I REFUSED
to cooperate with the courts at every level until the issue of
