as a general rule, conspiracy theories are founded on
nuttiness by the nutty. every time i have encountered such
conspiracy theories, and have asked for substantiation, i
get the very kind of response that Bill just gave.
to the conspiracy theorist, simply stating the theory
is proof enough, and it is anyone who does not believe the
theory who must prove it false, rather than the theorist
prove it true.
