Carmen, now you are making me think again and that's no fun. lol Tom
is joking? lol, sometimes I get it, others not at all, but his posts
perk up my attention levels. he is like than yin to your yang, or
vice versa, right? that is how I feel about my significant other (most
of the time). together, the challenges are bonds that further
reinforce communication, clarity, and thusly compassion.

wow, your heritage is as complicated and diverse as mine, with the
same running theme of love. "hybrid vitality" what is that from? I
can't wait to ask my pops about it.

I try to guard my thoughts some days in order to "walk the talk" but
others "I walk the line." oh, not to mention the days in which
insanity grips me and everything is just physical, or in other words,
the days that I allow my body to rule me with sickness. alas, I vex
myself just thinking about it too much and too seriously.

You and I are like new old friends! except i'm a staunch repub. that
is not keen on Obama drama. however, I think his wife is too cool for
the political scene and her wilma flintstone pearls are stylish. I
was sitting on the fence for a minute but have since decided i'll
stick with McCain. eventhough he voted against Everglades restoration
and despite the fact I think his wife is always dressed
inappropriately for a conservative, he is the best choice from my
point of view. I don't show as much skin, or wear nearly as many
colors as she does, but that is really superficial of me to think.
I'll accept Obama for his VP, but we all know there will be no
bipartisan governing at this time. ah, remember the days when liberty
and preservation of the union were of the utmost importance, oh wait,
I don't. :)

well, we have our differences but it is delight to trade posts with
ya'. oh, which book by Dr. D. Hawkins do you recommend?

I agree that upsets are opportunities to learn, but some seem so very
painful. babies are able to swim but they can't walk, what is up with
that? lol is there any way to skip to stage 3?

you two Have a wonderful weekend!
