Carrie, did you see this in your quote: "W-189.7" It means Lesson 189 in the
Workbook. That means there are 176 lessons still to go. If you forget the
Course, you will never do those lessons. In context, what you quoted were
instructions for how to do one day's meditation. NOTHING more. To claim
otherwise, or make a big deal out of it, is intellectually dishonest.

Any single lesson in the workbook will do the job. There is no need
for a "cumulative effect." The only reason why a student would need to
cxompletely finish the workbook is if he remained in resistence to the
lessons.

The author explains this quite succinctly.
