To anyone trying to assimilate the course ideas, and who is
commenting on this ng about Ammi.
I am surprised the discussion centers around the alleged act, the
court system, the consequences of the alleged act and then potentially
to him, and whether or not he is quite fearful awaiting the sentencing
hearing and so on and so on.
Is it not true that none of us know what plan there is for him?
Is it not true that there is a divine plan in everything?
Is it not true that a potential consequence could very well be he ends
up in prison and that is where he is supposed to be by the laws of the
universe and the divine intentions are a gift to and for him?
And is it not true he might be chosen to either experience love or to
give it should he be sentenced?
And is it not true that some people have experience of imprisonment
and find a tremendous spiritual awakening as a result ?
I could go on for quite a long time with such questions. My point is,
nobody knows what God has in store for him or you or me.

There are three of us here with a legal background, and one with a law
enforcement background, so we tend to take an interest in law and in
court proceedings. I like to learn from Tom about the USA legal
system, though I realize that, unlike Canada, criminal law is not
uniform across the country, and Tom in Kentucky isn't really an
authority on the criminal statutes of Washington state. Still, he has
a better handle on doing legal research in the USA than I do.
I confess that I would be interested in reading the transcript of the
sentencing hearing, so I can find out the facts of Ryan's case. I did
know the guy, and for years, though I had very little personal...

Plus, of course, many of us have a personal interest, having
associated with him on the Internet.

I didn't hang out at TGP. I knew Ryan mostly from this ng.
And btw, my reply was intended to be chastizing at all. I don't even

I'm not going to learn the facts of Ryan's case that way. You are
quite mistaken to assume I will not learn the facts of Ryan's case by
reading the sentencing transcript. I will learn the precise
allegations when the prosecutor has his/her say, and I will learn the
mitigating circumstances when the defence counsel has his/her say.
I'm interested in both sides.
I will actually purchase the transcript if I can do that online or via
telephone.

Right, that's right up there with learning about God from the Yapping Magpie.
Some people's experts actually are, ACIMhole "experts" never were, and never will be, but hey, as
long as they don't shatter too many of your cherished delusions, what the hay!!!
Only you would seek information from a disbarred and disgraced ex-attorney who's been handing out
bad and false "legal" advice and information here for years now, and brag about how well
informed you are because of it, Deborah. But hell, maybe he can guide you through one of his
famous legal strategies, where you get to have all the exposure, and he gets to fantasize about
massive vindications and mindboggling punishments for all the Evil and Bad People who don't like
you ACIMholes, and then brutalize the living hell out of you when you finally realize that you're
being misinformed and used by a frustrated control-freak psycho-hater.
Wanna buy a bridge? It's a very speeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeritchual bridge, Jesus walked across it once,
and even signed his name in red nail-polish. Honest Injun!!
Idiot!
