Scene: Deputy jumps up and greets the Sheriff as he enters the
office. Let's listen in.........

Deputy: Sheriff, what brings you to town?
Sheriff: Nuthin really just thought I'd stir things up a little. The
citizens seems to be eating each other again. :)
D: :) Naw, they're just up to the same...

  As a remnider to myself...

There will -never- be a resolution to the conflict that I
see happening around me. It was meant to be an endless
riddle, and in circles it will circle round and round. Ah..
yet, I can choose to let go and be free whenever I want..and
take my brother with me. (pretty good deal I would say)

My safety lies in one thing....

All *is* well. Therefore my thoughts about _____ cannot
change this eternal and perfect Truth of what Is, and always
will Be. Amen and thank you God. Glad I wasn't right! ;-)

  Eckhart Tolle

Hi All,

Looked at the newsgroup today.

It's weird. It's some of the same discussions going on when I left
whenever that was. Perhaps answers aren't meant to be known.

That said.

I was wondering if anyone here was downloading the Eckhart Tolle
videos given on Monday nights, and found them of value?

I find them really in agreement with much of what the Course says, and
also he seems to extend the ideas further.

And Mike Rider? Aren't you the guy that I had a long dialogue with
long long ago in regards to your beliefs regarding the Course, God,
and your motorcycle? Those were good dialogues as I recall.

Sleeping with feet facing south - A Spiritual Perspective

Author: sai
Date: Apr 28, 2008 09:13

The South direction is associated with the region of Death (Yamaloka),
the subtle basic raja-tama frequencies and distress. When we sleep
with our feet facing the South direction the vibrations from the
Yamaloka (region of Death) and Paataal (region of Hell) join together.

Due to this we attract the subtle basic raja-tama frequencies or
ghosts. Due to the combined effect of the above when we sleep with our
feet facing the South, we can suffer distress in the form of
difficulty in falling asleep, nightmares, feeling scared in sleep or
waking up in fear.

  ACIM L118 Review III Lessons 105 & 106 ~ April 28 (iambic pentameter)

ACIM Workbook Lesson 118 ~ April 28

http://courseinmiracles.com/workbook_lessons/part_1/lesson118.htm

" Lesson 118

For morning and evening review:

[105] "God's peace and joy are mine."

Today I will accept God's peace and joy
In glad exchange for all the substitutes
Which I have made for happiness and [rest].

[106] "Let me be still and listen to the truth."

Let [my] own feeble voice be still, and let
Me hear the mighty Voice of truth itself
Assure me that I am God's perfect Son.

On the hour:
"God's peace and joy are mine."

On the half hour:
"Let me be still and listen to the truth." "
