I've been interested in meditation for quite some time now. I mean I
haven't been doing it much lately because my work is quite demanding.
But I'd like to get to a point where I can take a nice long break and
get deep into meditation.

When I first became interested I remember paying about $100 for an
ebook and audio set. To be fair it was good, but imagine my surprise
when I found out that much of this can be aquired free. Theres some
free audio on this one site which is pretty cool.

Basically when meditating the aim is to slow your brain impulses into
the alpha. Which as far as I know is latin for meditation brain
frequencies.

Anyway, technology has come so far to that they've got this sort of
music that when you listen to it, it automatically puts your brain
impulses into alpha.

Which basically means by listening to it while sitting still with your
eyes closed, its proven to put you into a deep meditative state.

Basically by passing years and years of painful practice! Pretty cool
huh.

Katie we love you for all the wonderful lesson's you've given us about
ourslves. I'm not the only one that has been stregthened in my beliefs
about how ACIM works. Zeh has seen it and posted and a friend Karen on
the other website has posted also. I've been feeling MUCH stronger in
my faith because of the back and forth you and I have had. It's as if
God is showning me, yes ACIM does work!
I wanted to share her rather long post because you helped to heal
Karen also and strengthened her faith. You have been one of the
strongest examples about how ACIM works in my life and I want to thank
you again for helping me and others. Here is a copy of Karen's post.

triggered fear and anger in me. At first, I was angry that you would
even share this posting. At the end of the post, your response,
however, helped heal some of this. I was glad I read to the end.
