I entered a contest on line for current T.V.
An Al Gore InVention ... for REAL ...LOL
L@@K 4 It online & on T.V. its purdy COOL channel ... REAL People REAL

It was based on making a 5-7 minute docu. on the Topic of TOLERANCE
They said to film your Views on tolerance good/bad on what ever issues
bother you or take hold ..
I had 2 weeks to make a movie
I bought my 1st. camera a $ 99.00 specail the walgrens ... I went out
& just started filming ...
I have footage on ... Homeless guys , Kids , Seniors ... lots of
differant races ...
I found 1 thing in common That is that we all want , need , desire the
same things ...
& when we are not loking at who we are talking with we tend to agree
alot more than when we see what the other looks like ...
And I also found That the issues that We say matter & that we are
doing something about ...is realy the opposite ...
The things that we tolerate are the things we should NOT ... ...

I was just writing about the movie Forrest Gump, in regard to the
line "Stupid is as Stupid Does" and about 20 mins later. the movie
just came on TV (maybe they are showing Oscar winners because of the
award show tomorrow night)

I've seen this movie so many times and still tempted to leave it on
and watch it again.

There's so much good in it.

Here's the first post (well OK the third but who's counting)

I will be doing my level best to coral Wayne in to saying some stuff about
all this too - so come take a break from things and loosen up your vocals
and join the fun. :-)

You are and you aware that you are.

This is the basic starting point.

This - and only this - can be said for sure.

All else is based upon a concept. But you know that you are without
having to think about it. You simply know it. The proof is you
yourself. You need nothing outside of yourself to verify that you
are. You know you are.

This is what we will keep coming back to.

This is the starting point.

This is the truth of who you are. That is the bit that can not be
threatened - that's the 'nothing real can be threatened' bit.

The Truth of who you are can not be threatened.

Oh - and btw - this is all that Wayne has ever tried to point out to
anybody - this is what he is pointing at - I know some people here may find
that hard to believe - but in truth that's all he has ever been trying to
do.

For those who are interested in another view of ACIM - one that fully
appreciates the beauty of the book while also seeing its flaws - then I am

It is an unmoderated list.

It will be a place where I can try to share the essence of what ACIM tries
to point to without getting bogged down in all the conceptual nonsense so
many people get bogged down in.

No more trying to figure out the right way to do things - no more trying to
understand the complexities of the metaphysics - no more of thinking one
more days practicing forgiveness will do it - no more having to be right
about everything and anything - no more following either the cult of society
or the cult of some crazy religion. No more desperately trying to chose
against the ego and for the Holy Spirit. No more of any of that.

I have also asked Wayne if he would like to join and perhaps talk and he has
said he is up for that - so if anybody would like a place to talk to Wayne
you can probably do that there too (I say probably because its not up to me
if Wayne says anything at all.........).
