When I first started ACIM 20 years ago, I was able to buy an audio
version of the course,
with Ken Love doing the reading. This was on cassettes.
I lost the collection, and would love to buy one, especially if it
were in cd format.
I have read one other audio version, which is excellent but just does
not do it for me.Ken Love really spoiled me in that regard.
Does anyone know how I could get Ken's audio. I realize it is a long
shot..I considered it one of the greatest contributions to the course,
and am saddened at its disappearance, despite
previous efforts by others to do it.
Thanks
William

Hey Deborah,
You've written:
"ACIM is not about seeking.... ACIM is about undoing a thought
system that currently controls our minds and which is erroneous.
No, truth isn't missing. But if you don't undo the thought
system that buried it, you're going to miss the truth."
also,
"...ACIM is a course in UNdoing.
"Atoning" means "undoing". (T.1.I.26.2)
For anyone with a searchable electronic version of ACIM, it is
worthwhile running a search on the word "undoing" and reading
all the quotes in context. It's the key to the whole course."
Took your advice about researching instances of "undo"
in all its variations, across ACIM. I agree that it's a key
concept, especially in regard to the nature of Atonement.
I put together a collection of every occurrence across the
Ur, Workbook and Manual of ACIM. Thought you might
find it worth saving..

Just thinking of this, and looked it up.
LESSON 264.
I am surrounded by the Love of God.
Father, You stand before me and behind, beside me, in the place I see
myself, and everywhere I go. You are in all the things I look upon,
the sounds I hear, and every hand that reaches for my own. In You
time disappears, and place becomes a meaningless belief. For what
surrounds Your Son and keeps him safe is Love itself. There is no
source but this, and nothing is that does not share its holiness; that
stands beyond Your one creation, or without the Love which holds all
things within itself. Father, Your Son is like Yourself. We come to
You in Your Own Name today, to be at peace within Your everlasting
Love.

A Polish priest and mathematician who was a friend of the late Pope
John Paul II has won the world's richest academic prize for work that
shows how maths can offer circumstantial evidence of God's existence.
Professor Michael Heller, 72, a pioneering cosmologist and philosopher
specializing in mathematics and metaphysics, received the £820,000
prize yesterday in New York.
His theories do not so much offer proof of the existence of God as
introduce doubt about the material existence of the world around us.
He specializes in complex formulae that make it possible to explain
everything, even chance, through mathematical calculation.
According to the Templeton Foundation, which has awarded its prize for
Progress toward Research or Discoveries about Spiritual Realities for
35 years, Professor Heller's research has "pushed at the metaphysical
horizons of science". The prize money is adjusted every year so that
it remains greater than the amount given by the Nobel Foundation,
which awards the Nobel prizes.

Back in the mid 1980s, after I had moved to Southern California, I had
an astonishing experience so love-filled and joyful in its electric
stillness that it changed me - I believe forever. I posted an account
of this experience in the newsgroup several years ago. I want to talk
about it again, because more has happened since.
I am the issue of a mostly blue collar family -- a no-nonsense family
where nothing existed if you couldn't see it, hear it, smell it, taste
it, touch it. "No nonsense" was where it was for me back when I moved
to Southern California. Metaphysics and spiritual stuff and "things of
the mind" were about as far outside my considerations as they could
be. But I was given an opportunity to attend an awareness training
paid for by my boss, at the time, at work. He had recently gone
through what he described, smiling mysteriously, as an extremely
intense personal experience and wanted to give me that gift.

Through out my life, I have often been told that my lack of fear would be
the death of me. But when looking death in the face, one becomes much more
alive.
The intense focus and deep awareness that comes in the face of death.
Has been a great learning tool on the spiritual path to myself.
Some of the things that I have done., would. and have been considered
careless, stupid, reckless, crazy and insane by the normal. rational
thinker. lol
Reflecting back., I can clearly see that I never had fear as an obstacle.,
or deterrent in my life, .but rather used fear based situations in
understanding myself and my trust in life.
To give a few examples.
I remember working on the top of a stone castle., (the round part- about
60-70 ft.tall) where we were tuck pointing the mortar between the stones,
and to save the time in building scaffolding.
My brother and a friend each held a foot, and hung me over the edge, so I
could tuck point upside down the top 5ft. No ropes, nets or safety features
of any kind. lol

Hi everyone. I thought some of you might be interested in reading this
article that was posted at TheologyOnline.com called, "A Christian
Answer to the Euthyphro Dilemma."
http://www.theologyonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47024
In case you're not familiar with Euthyphro's Dilemma, it's a
philosophical argument that atheists like to use to claim that
morality cannot flow from God, because any absolute moral standard is
either a) arbitrarily commanded by God, in which case even murder
would be OK if He said so, or b) a moral standard external to God
would exist, which would mean that some being is superior to Him.
This particular answer to the dilemma proves that only the Christian
deity (a triune god) can objectively know that an absolute moral
standard exists, because of the consistent, eternal witness within the
Godhead. In other words, Allah could never know for sure that he was
good.
Interesting stuff. Check it out!
