laberge(sp?) is on cbc radio right now on a dream show.

Hey thanks for trying Deborah..

Couldn't track down which show. Maybe I'll catch it
later as a podcast.

I was just between downloading and installing a free
program that randomly appears on-screen to ask
"Are you dreaming?". It's to stir the mind toward
asking that same question at some point during a
slumbering dream at nite -- which can create the
trigger for onset of lucid awareness within the dream.

I used it years ago, it was very effective. I'm running
it thru its paces for XP, and will post a link to the
program if it's trouble free.
