With apologies to those who had difficulty with
the Rapidshare protocol for downloading, I thought
I'd offer this more complete set of instructions

Here is the download link for the Urtext PDF
with numbered paragraphs (for reference' sake).

It's very important to keep these instructions handy..
Print them, or leave this window open for reference.
