Vatican Relocating to South Florida

[His Holiness Pope Benedict the 16th has announced that the Vatican will be
relocating its administrative and theological offices to South Florida;
the real estate and art holdings will remain in Rome for the time being.

Insiders speculate that Benedict feels a need to respond urgently to
recent changes in Italian law regulating freedom of expression over the
internet, and has decided that it's better to be closer to the colocation
sites for his favorite websites in any case. :-) -PB]

Italy enacts law to block child porn Web sites

ROME (Reuters) - Italy has introduced a new law requiring Internet service
providers to block child pornography Web sites within six hours of being
told to do so, the communications ministry said on Tuesday.
