Being an ordained minister of the Gospel I have attempted to refrain from
"thumping" with scriptures and preaching in post, unless the forum or
newsgroup is one that requires references, yet I do not refrain from
posting my opinions and yes my personal beliefs do effect my outlook on
issues and whom I choose to support in elections but not blindly I will say.
I also attempt to approach each post and topic with consideration for all
viewpoints and when I feel persons on the Right are wrong I also will voice
my opinion about it. That is the reason for this post and I only mention I
am an ordained minister to say I have the credentials to voice an opinion on
this specific subject from the standpoint of Scriptures and as a
representative of Jesus Christ to the World.
I am, as a believing Christian, horrified and disgusted with the positions,
practices, and conduct of the Westboro Baptist Church. Any God believing
Christian should stand in vocal and public opposition to them just as I
have said that any Gay or Homosexual person should decry and stand in
opposition to the actions taken in SanFransisco by the militant Homosexuals
connected with the Folsom Street Fair who by virtue of their position claim
to represent the homosexual population, in America.
