RUNNING AND GOOD WAYS OF DOING THINGS

Much of the boredom that we experince when doing anything comes from
the machine likedness of the action, like in sports if the mind
commands the body to run in a certain manner, our school like habits
make running a mechanical and so also uninteresting thing. And when we
are not interested in something, we do not pay attention to it, and so
we hurt ourselves much easier. Also we fail to react fully to each
situation and so we fail to reach our full potential: the enjoyable
feeling of living fully while performing one's best.
So we should stop commanding our body to be of a certain kind, stop
the mind saying to the body that the street is an even ground to run
upon so that each step should be alike. Instead we should totally let
go of our ordinary picture of the body (and of the environment) and
inteads sense, feel what the body is like each moment, each fraction
of a second. The body in motion is a landscape of enermous variation
with our emotions, mind and the motivation mixing with it, giving it a
rythm of running in addition to what the demands of the situation
give. So where there used to be just a boring repetitious movement,
there is a panorama of emotions, sensations, feeling of life in the
action, sensed expressions, etc. an enermous enjoyable variation of
things to pay attention to - NOT by words or word like blocks of
thought but by enjoying, experiencing, living fully with a wide
landscape like (not block like like described by language) awareness
like humans are ment to live - like we lived before this era of
artificialities: like is our instructions of usage.
When you pay attention to what you are doing, you succeed the best
compared to if you would just act out of your memory.
