******SPV.......Now you cannot but wonder the power of the denial when
a cat or cats from a crazy man cause you to take some unneeded risk.
For example if the Humane Society does nothing about these hundreds of
un-shot risk of rabid cats and they know about this situation then if
anyone gets bit by a rabid cat or cats the person that does nothing
about this situation is negligent in their duty and in their job and
can be sued by anyone being bitten by the said rabid cat and thus
they must pay 10 times the normal because they knew about the
situtation and did nothing about it.

Thus is the luck of the draw and the experience of the guru.
