I've been really getting into meditation lately. At first I was
finding it difficult. Until I discovered what everyone else has been
doing.
Whilst I've been failing miserably everyone else has been reaching
deep meditations and reaping the benefits. And theres me trying to do
what the Tibetan monks have been trying to master for over 1000
years.
Thinking back I feel like a bit of an idiot, thinking I could follow
the same path as the Buddhist monks, considering my culture and
society are worlds apart from theirs. Anyway, I now know what you guys
have probabily known for ages.
Its knew to me so it's an amazing secret and im still up in a cloud
about it.
Anyway for those that want to join the same meditation group as me,
its free so money's not an issue, whichI feel goes along with the
whole spiritual thing. You do need to sign up so you can receive the
info and videos.
Make sure you read the information your sent, and then go off and try
it!

According to British historian Arnold Toynbee, Tibet's Lamaism based
culture is already dead. It exists as a fossil.
"The Lamaist Mahayanian Buddhists of Tibet and Mongolia correspond to
the Nestorians and Monophysites in re representing a reaction that was
abortive. The Lamaistic or Tantric form of the Mahayanian is the relic
of vain attempt to turn the Mahayana back from the historic path along
which this originally Indic religion, after travelling through the
Kushan Empire and there becoming imbued with Hellenic influences,
eventually fulfilled its great destiny in the Sinic World. The Tantric
Mahayana was a half-hearted and therefore unsuccessful forerunner of
Hinduism -- the 'totalitarian' Indic religion out of which the
internal proletariat of the Indic Society eventually fashioned tis
indigenious universal church.(A STUDY OF HISTORY Vol. 1 by Arnold J.
Toynbee)
Lamaist Buddhiam is a cultural failure. It is a fossil. To the extend
that Lamaism dominated the Tibetan culture, the Tibetan culture is
also dead. Can one kill a culture which exists like a fossil ?
