China introduce new Olympic sport : "Tibetan Shooting"

Author: visualseeplus
Date: Apr 12, 2008 22:55

What China is doing to the Tibetans is a sign of things to come in
Asia. Once China grows in military/economic terms to approximate the
US, it will turn begin to use these terror tactics on other nations,
not just Tibet.

Its an attempt is to eliminate Tibet's unique Buddhist culture through
terror tactics.

Its similar to islamic terrorists who try to eliminate religious
minorities through violence to propagate Islam.

So they should not complain about what Japanese did in WWII because
they are doing the same thing to Tibetans.

Boycott the Olympics!

Hi,
I would like to know which you think is the best/preferred English
translation of The Dhammapada (and please, elaborate why you think
so!):

* The Dhammapada by Eknath Easwaran (Nilgiri Press, 1986, 2007)

* The Dhammapada: A New Translation of the Buddhist Classic with
Annotations by Gil Fronsdal (Shambhala, 2006)

* The Dhammapada: The Sayings of the Buddha by John Ross Carter and
Mahinda Palihawadana (Oxford University Press, 2000)

* The Dhammapada by Balangoda Ananda Maitreya (Parallax Press, 1995)

* Other

Thank you in advance.

IF MURDER AND RAPE ARE DOWN 90%% IN THE USA BY STATS SEEN IN FBI.gov AND ANY IDIOT CAN LOOK UP AND SEE 90%% OF THE STARS MISSING FROM ANY CLEAR NIGHT WHY DO PEOPLE TELL ME CHILDISH THINGS LIKE IT IS LIGHT POLLUTION? I CAN REMEMBER SEEING MILLIONS OF S

***********spv...........I get this e-mail from nasa.gov guy and he
says, "You can't see the stars because of light pollution." I fire
back a reply that says, "Light Pollution in twenty different states
and what does light pollution have to do with anything in the Az.
desert where there is not a city or a light for hundreds of miles
around and 90%% of the stars are still missing."

I mean this denial goes right to the top and shows how gullible and
stupid even the guys with Ph.D. are. I mean you people are just being
so gullible and stupid that I have a hard time looking at you as
monkeys.

After all Chris thinks she is more Enlightened than I am yet she lets
some monkey smack her in the face. Chris, when you shout at them you
pull back out of their reach???
