Life is packed with that. Suffering and happiness
come with signature in My Self's handwriting!
Though, metaphysically, it can be spelled My
Self, my self, the absence-of-a-self that doens't
belong to anybody. The less there is anybody
there to claim responsibility, the more happiness
there is, and the most happiness accrues to
nobody. Conversely the more suffering there is,
the more there is a self there to suffer it!
Whoever is there to take the suffering deserves
it!
Poetic justice, eh?

yes, pastor, it is bad how some people act. as is taught in buddhism,
however, treating people shabbily only results in bad karma.
the noble eightfold path is:
CORRECT
ethics: action, speech, livelihood
concentration: mindfulness, concentration, effort
wisdom: view, thought
CORRECT thought breakdown: Is MY thought correct? Is what I am
thinking contributing to my continued success, or do I know my thought
is incorrect - which I KNOW will result in bad karma?
