Unity by Court Order?
It's important that Bahais from different denominations
respect and learn from one another, calling to mind, if necessary,
Abdu'l-Baha's wide embrace. Jeffrey Goldberg's experience
reveals things that I would hope all followers of Baha'u'llah might
reflect on. http://www.fglaysher.com/bahaicensorship/Shunning.htm
Far from the shunning mentality, Abdu'l-Baha's teaching
ought to be called to mind much more often:
"These are effectual and sufficient proofs that the conscience
of man is sacred and to be respected."
The issue before the District Court of Illinois is one of religious
liberty and freedom of conscience, despite the desperate
misrepresentation of the Haifan nsa:
"No question of religious liberty is involved" (page 4).

LOL. You think they didn't? Luther's father wanted Martin to become a
lawyer. In any case, I don't know why you are making a big deal about
the NSA trying to enforce a court decision made as a result of the
Remeyite's own lawsuit.

I dont know which would have been worse, a lawyer or a Jew hating religious
founder. Oh well whats the big deal is no religious organisation should have
the right to decided what people can and cant call themselves, that right
should be up to God.

Seon- No religious organization does enforce what people should or shouldn't
call themselves. that's why they get unenroled to not belong to any
organization that they don't wish to. but lets say you...

The court decision (which is due today) will not tell anyone how to
view the Creator. It will simply determine whether the Remeyites can
continue to defy an existing court order against them using our
trademarks. Whatever decision the court makes will have no impact
whatsoever on any individual's relationship with God.
> Where is the evidence the Orthodox Bahais want to destroy the Hafain's?-
Perhaps you missed Joel M.'s predictions about our World Centre being
struck by missle? Sounds like a desire to destroy the House of Justice
to me. Then there is this statement made by one of the Orthodox
Baha'is:

Nima- as much as you're dreaming about being sued, we wont do it for two
reasons. First, you got nothing to sue you for, spirituality, integrity,
honesty, courage, real state, 401K, driving license ... etc. and we're too
faint hearted to take your food stamp away, you are totally broke chapter
13, 11 and 7th plus some additional chapters that exist on papers. Secondly,
you are not responsible for your action and behavior. However, gladly, I'll
assist your family to institutionalize you in a good cheap psychiatric
establishment.
