Other than a few minor issues, I hereby repudiate most of what I wrote
below in August 1999. But this post is yet more evidence as to where
Starr Saffa/Jo Claudia/Paulette Johnston derives most of her ideas
(albeit like the good bahaim that she is she whitewashes, sanitizes
and dumb-downs received ideas): from moi! Of course the New Age
industry is filled to the brim with charlatans, thieves, the
thoroughly unscrupulous, the greedy and very bad imitators, esp. where
there be specific American involvement.

The following advice from Abdu’l-Baha should be read and heeded by
“leaders” (3 guardians and 2 UHJs) of the Baha’i groups. The attacks
on all those who disagree with their claims and interpretaions by
these “leaders” is contrary to the spiritual Teachings of Baha’u’llah
and Abdu’l-Baha. There is an old saying “you catch more flies with
honey than you do with vinegar.”

THE ULTIMATE PARADOX

During the ministry of Shoghi Effendi all Baha'is knew that one of the
essential conditions that had been prescribed by Shoghi Effendi for being
accepted as an enrolled believer was faithful adherence to every clause of
the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha--" the Center of the Covenant"-- and
believed that fidelity on the part of the believer to the Covenant of
Baha'u'llah required nothing less than faithful, complete and steadfast
adherence to every clause of this "Charter of the New World Order."

Exactly 161 (Bayani) years ago, the Primal Point nominated the 20th
March 1850 as a festive day and considered it as the most important
day of the Bayani Calendar and called it the ‘Day of God’. This day
was the first day of the Bayani calendar. In the Book of Panj-Shan, it
says:

الحقیقة و جعل الله اعظم ایّامه و هو یوم التوحید لله تعالی قد قرأت فیه

ذلک الیوم تسعة عشد شهراً و کل شهر تسعة عشر یوماً و بداء الحساب من ذلک

this is the day on the eve of which, God appeared the Throne of the
Truth and has set this Day to be the greatest of all days. It is the

In the book by Shoghi Effendi, The Advent of Divine Justice, on pgs 81
and 82, Baha’u’llah’s Words about these times are cited. It is a shame
that most Baha’is pay little or no attention to the warnings and
