Tibet Worldwide Vote

Author: RussellT
Date: Apr 6, 2008 08:28

How can the people of the world, using the internet, organize a vote by the
Tibetan people worldwide, inside and outside China? We could start outside
first. We could use as a model a similar approach like Oprah-Tolle are
doing, to reach out worldwide using modern internet, connecting the world,
outside of control by governments. China has a government that does immense
control, but that cannot last, and those days are numbered.

The people will decide. The people will speak.

Only Tibetans will vote in my proposal. You claim to have done good for
them, so why are you worried? I think we all know why.

You claim that you are making a better Tibet for Tibetans. So, let's ask
them what they think about your torturing, forced sterizations, etc. Israel
makes no such promise to any Middle East country. If we want to know about
Israel, we will ask Israelis, and if we want to know about Tibet, we will
ask Tibetans. Similar replies apply to others.

We already dealt with that film. It was a wartime video to get recruits and
build up support. It's not about historical accuracy. If Tibet was part of
China, why did they invade, conquer, occupy in the early 1950's? It wasn't
like there was someone else who had taken them, separated them ,etc. They
were there on their own, trying to keep all external hands off. They had
their own language, culture, religion, school system, agriculture, etc.
